On Monday, Feb. 6th, several organizations working for the benefit of people with special needs joined the Meyuchad conference geared for parents and professionals.

"The Gerry Schwartz and Heather Reisman 4th International Conference on Pediatric Chronic Diseases, Disability and Human Development" took place on Wednesday, January 21, 2015 in Jerusalem.

On May 19^th, Seeach Sod hosted a blood drive with MDA (Magen David Adom) in Romema.

On Feb 2nd 2016, Seeach Sod showed itself in a light that had never been shown before. Every guest walked away feeling, "Wow—that is what Seeach Sod is all about!"

Students at Yeshivat Otzar HaTorah volunteered this week at Shaarei Zedek Medical Center, where they helped peel and cut vegetables in the kitchen. Students were left with a feeling of satisfaction after giving of themselves for others.

After much preparation and anticipation, the members of the Bareket group at our women’s day program had the opportunity to go to work preparing food packages for the needy. They practiced a number of concepts that they had learned, such as road safety, recognizing streets and signs, travel on public transportation, use of a Rav Kav card, and more.

In honor of Good Deeds Day (March 13), the purchasing division of the municipal courts participated in a moving tour of our Zaritzky campus. They also participated in an activity with our students.

On May 27, students from the ORT High School visited Seeach Sod. They took a brief tour of the building and enjoyed a joint craft activity with our students.

A new Seeach Sod initiative: Seeach Sod staff and volunteers receive a membership card that entitles them to discounts at many stores.

The women who attended HaModia’s recent fair for women were somewhat surprised to encounter some of those providing services – women from Seeach Sod’s vocational program.
