Enriching Outings for Otza Yerushalayim Students

Successful Combination of Speech and Music Therapy

First-Graders’ Touching Siddur Party
After months of preparation, the students of the four First Grades in Seeach Sod celebrated their big day – when they received their very first Siddur. The festive occasion was preceded by weeks of preparation during which they were taught about the value of the siddur and Tefillah.
Our Students make us Proud!
Eliyahu and Benayahu – two boys from Mrs. C. Steinberg’s kindergarten – are mainstreamed once a week in a regular preschool. The teacher in the regular kindergarten, Morah Malky, started telling the story of the Megillah this week. But our two bright boys already knew most of it and excitedly spilled out the details the story to the teacher and the rest of the class.

On Rosh Chodesh, the boys in Yeshivas Otzar Yerushalayim enjoyed an exciting full-day trip, as a reward for a contest which they completed successfully over bein hazemanim.
Yom Ha’atzmaut Outdoor Barbecue
The residents of three group homes enjoyed a joint barbecue in honor of Yom Ha’atzmaut. Grilled meats, salad, and shish-kebobs made for a delightful picnic enjoyed together in the pleasant outdoors.
