JWRP visits AGAIN
On June 28th, 65 women from JWRP came to visit Seeach Sod. The women were from Israel, Philadelphia, PA, Long Island, NY and Rockville, Maryland. They had a tour of the premises, watched our video and heard some inspiring words from Mrs. Rivka Bergstein. Afterwards they volunteered with our students, doing a project with the ladies and dancing lively with them!
Preparing for the Days of Awe
Chazzan Tsudik Greenwald visited our Vocational Training Center for Boys on August 28 and inspired the boys with stirring chazzanus, in preparation for the upcoming Days of Awe.
JWRP from Toronto and Westchester came to our vocational campus in Romema!
The women ate lunch in our hall, listened to some meaningful words about Seeach Sod, watched our video, had a tour of our building, and then met our members!
Darchei Noam
Darchei Noam (Shapels) guys came for a Friday morning breakfast on Sep 23rd, and danced the morning away with our vocational members!
5774 Off to a Great Start
Seeach Sod’s administrative staff took a comprehensive tour of Seeach Sod’s various branches, observing the level of preparedness and professionalism for the new school year.
First Aid Course for Medical Staff
Seeach Sod’s medical staff underwent a week-long course on first aid. The course, arranged by Medical Director Mrs. Anat Nagar, was administered by nurses from Terem Emergency Medical Center and included theoretical knowledge, visual presentations, and hands-on demonstrations.
Praying at Kever Shmuel Hanavi
The residents of the Nelson Glick Group Home, under the devoted supervision of coordinator Chaim Loebel, paid a visit to the burial site of Shmuel Hanavi, in keeping with the custom to pray at sacred burial sites during the Days of Awe, in order to evoke the tzaddik's merits for a good year.
Tefillos to Remember
As usual, the Respite Center was filled to capacity during Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. With their special-needs children entrusted in professional and warm care at the Respite Center, parents were able to concentrate on their fervent prayers on these holiest days of the year.

Praying at the Wall
Seeach Sod students visiting the Kotel is no big news. What was a remarkable event was when Mrs. A. Weizman, a teacher in Beit Metzudot, took her class of severely disabled students to Kotel a few days before Yom Kippur.
