What?
Seeach Sod is in the midst of building a multi-sensory six-sectioned park on its Zaritsky campus in Ramot, Jerusalem. The six-sectioned park will cater to the sensory and motor needs of our students, and members of the greater community, as it will be used for various integration activities with children from outside Seeach Sod.
The six sections include:
(1) Sense and Smell Section;
(2) Fitness Section;
(3) Music Section;
(4) ODT (Outdoor training) Section;
(5) Horse Back Riding Section
(6) Baby and Toddler Stimulation Section.
In addition, there will be an area with benches and an awning for eating or relaxing. (A more detailed description of each section can be submitted upon request.) The park is a one-of-kind project that the children and adults will enjoy for many years to come!
Who?
Although the park is physically located at the Ramot campus, all other students, adults and residents from Seeach Sod's various programs will also be enjoying the park, making the total attendees 1000+ members. In addition to our own student body, outside community members will be invited to participate at certain times of the year for partnership activities.
Where?
The park will be built at Zaritzky 2, Ramot, Jerusalem
When?
The park is going to be up by September 2017.
