Simchas Beis Hashoayva 5774
Thousands linked arms on the rooftops of Seeach Sod, rejoicing with Hashem’s special children in a memorable Simchas Beis Hashoayva. Those who were there will not easily forget the electrifying energy, joy and unity pulsing through the air beneath the star-studded sky on the third night of Chol Hamoed.

In recent years, horticulture therapy has earned increasing recognition as a valuable rehabilitative tool, particularly in the field of special education. Horticulture therapy has been proven to help improve memory, cognitive abilities, task initiation, language skills, and socialization.
Chanukah Party
On Chanukah of 2010, we surprised the family members of the Community-based Living Program residents with a Chanukah party hosted by the residents themselves.
Purim Carnival
On Rosh Chodesh Adar II, 5771, the students at Seeach Sod’s Otzar Yerushalayim organized a fun-filled Purim carnival for the children in the community. The carnival, which was held for the third consecutive year, was intended mainly for the children of the Seeach Sod staff members as well as siblings of the students. However, news of the carnival quickly spread by word of mouth, bringing a flock of other children who finish their studies early on Rosh Chodesh and were thrilled to partake in the exciting event.
Purim Parties
Lively music, energetic dancing, tasty refreshments and colorful costumes, made the Purim festivities at the Ma’as a joyous and memorable event!
“Scent”sational Shavuos Sellout
In a wildly successful erev Shavuos campaign, the girls of our Vocational Center sold their “scent”sational floral creations at a vending booth in the Rav Shefa Mall.
Purim Parties
Numerous Purim Parties brought fun and festivity to all of our students. At the boys' party, the residents put up an amazing bongo band performance.
Purim Fair 2013
Costumes, balloons, cotton candy, shows, moonwalks, fun activities… Once again, students of Ma'oz Yerushalayim, directed by their devoted staff, outdid themselves preparing a smashing fair for their siblings and the staff's children on Rosh Chodesh Adar. Children from the local Ramot community were welcome too.
Pesach Prep Program
A big part of Pesach preparations at Seeach Sod was ensuring that all our students would be properly imbued with the knowledge and joy of the upcoming chag. All the various staff members were convened at a special meeting, where Rabbi Shimon Levy shared his vision of the upcoming pre-Pesach day camp: utilizing the time for optimal rehabilitation and recreation, with a focus on enriching the children’s knowledge of Pesach.
